"I will 100% stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Anna! The staff is fantastic, especially the amazing lady working the front desk with the blonde French braids and headband. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about the guests. Our room was super clean, and the hotel is centrally located near several shops and restaurants. We made a last-minute trip up here and were so happy to find a place with availability! A few things to note for future guests: ( I have a sensitive stomach and get motion sick) we brought our own food, drinks, paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils, and we were able to easily store our groceries right in the room's mini-fridge. We also brought our Tundra 75 cooler, which was a lifesaver. We traveled during a heatwave and knew we would need to keep ice cold for 3 days, so having the cooler and the fridge was perfect! Even though the hotel is a bit dated and currently in the middle of renovations ( our room had a new sink area) , it delivered where it counted!! When we pulled in, it was 115 degrees outside and our AC unit kept our entire room at a perfect 65 degrees the whole time! It was an amazing experience!! I can't wait to stay here again!!"
"I’ve been coming here a long time. They are remodeling the whole new and upcoming restaurant “The Rustic Tavern” which used to be known as Chelsey joes or hideaway. The staff are down to earth super understanding and kind. Rates are reasonable considering it’s probably the closest hotel/restaurant mix to lake Anna maybe other than Tim’s and the new hotel they built beside it which spoiler alert…will break your wallet compared to hotel lake Anna."
"Just wanted to give the staff a kind review, I am a truck driver and needed a place to stay over the weekend, rooms are very clean, staff was very kind and professional. I’ve stayed at many hotels and spent much more money, definitely going to get a good nights rest and if I’m ever back in the area they will definitely have me back as a guest. Thanks again"
