"Needs a lot of improvement with quality of drinks being served. The coffee is not great— the colors are off and the taste is low-quality. We need straws designed for more than milkshakes, please. No seating, more just a grab-and-go cafe. But otherwise, very cute and I’m sure the hot drinks with the designs are probably worth it for the snaps!"

"We get more disappointed with every visit. This is the last for us. Ice cream size is horrible for the price, they sprinkle five sprinkles on your ice cream and charge you $0.75. To top it off tonight there is a cat inside you can see through the windows and a litter box."

"We waited in line for 45 minutes with 4 people working behind the counter - okay fine. Got to the front of the line, went another 15 minutes without being acknowledged while staff chatted amongst themselves and prepped nacho cheese? Gave up at the hour mark when we heard they were out of bacon (in a comment to another customer, not an announcement to the line) and decided that we’d rather have driven an hour for a mediocre sit down meal. Edit: while we were waiting at the front of the line we noticed the pastries looked like they were from Costco. Save your time, get a thing of muffins and a Cold Brew Freeze at the Fredericksburg Costco. It’ll be faster"
